The Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County invites applications for the role of Paid Service Tutor. This position focuses on empowering at‑risk youths and adults academically and personally.
Objectives & Responsibilities- Dedicate yourself to delivering tutoring and mentorship services Monday through Friday.
- Empower at‑risk youths and adults academically and personally.
- Adapt to full‑time or part‑time schedules as needed.
- Participate in professional development and training provided by the organization.
- Living allowance stipend of $33,004 annually.
- Health benefits for full‑time members (medical, vision, and dental coverage).
- Education award of $6,495 to support further education or qualified student loan repayment.
- Flexibility to tailor hours in accordance with your lifestyle.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
- Dedication to making a lasting impact as a tutor and mentor.
- Preferred: college degree or some college experience.
- U.S. citizenship, national, or legal residency required; must pass an Ameri Corps civilian service background check.
