The Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County invites applications for the role of Paid Service Tutor. This position focuses on empowering at‑risk youths and adults academically and personally.

• Dedicate yourself to delivering tutoring and mentorship services Monday through Friday.
• Empower at‑risk youths and adults academically and personally.
• Adapt to full‑time or part‑time schedules as needed.
• Participate in professional development and training provided by the organization.

• Living allowance stipend of $33,004 annually.
• Health benefits for full‑time members (medical, vision, and dental coverage).
• Education award of $6,495 to support further education or qualified student loan repayment.
• Flexibility to tailor hours in accordance with your lifestyle.

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
• Dedication to making a lasting impact as a tutor and mentor.
• Preferred: college degree or some college experience.
• U.S. citizenship, national, or legal residency required; must pass an Ameri Corps civilian service background check.
