Family Physician

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) primary care physician (FM or IM/peds) for their employer-sponsored health center in Boynton Beach, Florida. You will have more time with your patients to focus on nutrition, exercise, mental health, and much more.

• Provide patients with access to high-quality medical care.
• Enhance knowledge to help patients make better choices impacting their health.
• Encourage and support patients to increase their efforts to stay healthy.
• Utilize internal resources, including dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, and others, available to patients and providers for consultation at no cost.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) primary care physician (FM or IM/peds).

• Ability to manage an average of 10-16 patients per day (patient ages 2+).
• 1 hour scheduled for new patients/30 minutes for established and acute visits.
• Flexible Schedule with potential to work 4 shifts per week.
• No weekends and minimal call.
• Strong work-life balance.

• Guaranteed Base Income (mid $200's, negotiable based on experience) plus outcome-based bonus.

• PTO - 20 days per year plus 10 paid holidays.
• CME - 5 days per year and up to $5,000.
