This opportunity includes comprehensive training in nephrology, making it ideal for motivated APPs ready to grow in a collaborative and innovative environment though those with dialysis experience is a plus!

1221 South State Road. 7 Suite 120, Wellington, FL 33414

• Base salary $100,000-$115,000 depending on experience
• Productivity bonus up to 16,000
• Full‑time benefits package
• 2500 CME
• Hospital and Office
• Monday‑Friday

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies, with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements
• Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
• Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
• Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
• Knowledge of documentation in medical records in a confidential manner.
