Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 yearly (gross)
Bonus: 5–15% of yearly salary (performance-based)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-time (minimum 40 hours per week)
About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional Office Administrator — someone who takes full ownership of their work, anticipates needs before they arise, and genuinely cares about keeping an office running at a high standard.x
This is not a routine administrative role. You will be a central support figure for our team and leadership, trusted to manage daily office operations, solve problems proactively, and create an organized, professional, and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities- Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
- Ensure company policies and workplace safety standards are consistently followed
- Support employees and management with daily administrative and operational needs
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams on employee documentation and onboarding support
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office visitors professionally
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and external service providers
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to improve office efficiency
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and reliability
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Prior experience in office administration, operations, or a similar role is strongly preferred
- Stability & Security – Over 35 years in business and continuously growing
