Job Details

Assist with financial statement preparation, general ledger expense, make journal entries, payroll and reconciliations under GAAP

Experience working with Quick Books Online is a huge plus

Support tax preparation for individuals and businesses while ensuring compliance with federal/state requirements

Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes, audit support, and reporting accuracy

Communicate with clients to gather documentation and clarify financial transactions

Collaborate with the Senior Accountant and team members to meet deadlines, improve workflows, and deliver high-quality client service
