Overview
- Lead month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, and cash management
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Maintain internal controls and streamline accounting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–7+ years of accounting experience (investment or real estate preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and accounting system experience
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work independently
