Senior Accountant
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + discretionary annual bonus

- Build and enforce robust financial controls across diverse project cycles.
- Manage month-end close, prepare financial statements, perform variance analysis, and maintain rolling cost cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate job costing and reporting.
- Handle AIA billing, collections, accounts payable, and Work-In-Progress (WIP) accounting to optimize cash flow and profitability.
- Drive process improvements across all finance and back-office functions.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience within the construction industry (required).
- Strong working knowledge of job costing (WIP, AIA, lien releases, etc.).
- Quick Books experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
