An International Sales Manager At JBT Marel Will

Work in close collaboration with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Distribution Partners, and Regional Sales Operations

Participate in the process of establishing and implementing a structural industry market plan for a region

Drive the sales of complex solutions; justify their value and help increase JBT Marel’s market share while meeting customer requirements

Support and train Account Managers within depth process knowledge

Be responsible for realizing sales (targets in volume and achieving the best possible price and market share for complex solutions)

Be responsible for visit reports, opportunity registration and follow‑up (maintaining data in Company CRM systems)

Collect information on competitors’ activities, installed base, requirements, and developments

Meet KPI (Key Performance Indicators) goals with sales and margins

An International Sales Manager At JBT Marel Is

Motivated, outgoing, self‑starting

Results driven

Able to analyze processes at the customer and advise on improvements

Able to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude

An excellent communicator and listener, with the ability to work with customers at a high level in the organization, vendors, and co‑workers in a professional and tactful manner to resolve problems

Able to follow through on duties and assignments with minimal supervision

An excellent time manager, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

An International Sales Manager At JBT Marel Has

A bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering

3 years’ experience in outside business‑to‑business sales of technical/mechanical systems, preferably with an international company

Skills in software such as a CRM system, Microsoft Office

Excellent skills in written and verbal English

The commitment to travel within the assigned sales territory

Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary organization
