Heat Operator 2nd shift

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Heat Treat Operator is responsible for all furnace checks, gas checks, and logged recordings; loading of furnaces and unloading per recipe and alarm; providing additional support to part setting as is necessary.

This is a 12 hour shift, rotating weekends. 5 pm to 5 am.

The successful candidate will have a:

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. intermittently.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours and work every other weekend.
• Respect for and adherence to safety guidelines.

Minimum starting pay is from $21.00/hr. for no production experience and higher for candidates having experience in a production environment, plus a $1.25/hr shift premium.
