Shipping and Receiving team members are responsible for loading and unloading materials and processing shipments for internal and external customers.

• Starting pay $20.00 an hour

• Coordinate all incoming freight, receive and unload incoming materials and compare information on packing slip to purchase order to verify the accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers.
• Inspect all incoming RMA (return to manufacturer) cylinders and complete the inspection sheet.
• Prepare all cylinders for outgoing shipment and interpret the BOL that was created (bill of lading).
• Safely operate forklift or other machinery to load, unload, sort, stage, and transport product
• Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or working with LTL carriers preferred
• Must be able to obtain Hazmat Certification and EPA 608 Certification within 6 months of being hired
• Fork Lift Certification License
• Material Handling equipment familiarity
• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel or equivalent
• Familiar with the UPS/Fed Ex shipping portal
• Valid class A driver s license preferred

• Must be able to drive a forklift safely
• Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
• Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
