Warehouse Fulfillment Associate (PT/FT)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers receive the correct products on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify product quantities and quality before shipment
• Label packages and prepare shipping documentation as required
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
• Stock shelves and maintain proper inventory placement
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (forklift if certified)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to warehouse leadership
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience a plus (not required)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and counting skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Schedule & Employment Type

• Part-Time or Full-Time positions available
• Flexible scheduling may be available, including evenings or weekends
• Overtime may be required during peak periods
