You will perform a variety of tasks involving installation and rodent exclusion projects, ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures, perform handyman and general repair including insulation, encapsulation and gutter installation, stay within projected budget, complete paperwork at the end of the job, and perform termite bait installation and insulation replacement projects. Serve as a key member of the branch team.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have at least 1 year general carpentry experience
• Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands
• Install encapsulation in low light conditions
• Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and ice
• Noise level in work environment is generally loud depending on worksite where assigned, such as in new construction, while vacuuming insulation, etc.
