• Team up with experienced technicians and learn the ropes
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Repair trailers approved by customer, warranty, or manufacturer
• Communicate with all departments when more information is needed or problems arise
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards
• Stay organized with tools, parts, and materials
• Keep the workspace clean and safe
• Pick up parts and supplies when needed

• Some technician experience in auto, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, maintenance, plumbing, or trade school background
• Support service team technicians
• Running errands for parts or supplies
• Assist in other areas of the service department
• Show potential for growth and ability to learn RV repair techniques
