Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the reliability and performance of our industrial equipment. If you excel at troubleshooting, enjoy hands‑on work, and want to grow your technical abilities, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.
About the RoleIn this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across our facility. You’ll work under general supervision using established procedures, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
.
- Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from production and support teams
- Identify, order, and track parts and materials needed for repairs
- Coordinate with production and management to minimize downtime during maintenance
- Document labor hours, parts usage, and service details in the CMMS
- Assist with maintaining preventive maintenance schedules for all assets
- Support initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Help maintain accurate asset records and maintenance logs
- Receive and inspect incoming maintenance parts and materials
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, painting, carpentry, and industrial systems
- Proficiency using hand tools, meters, diagnostic equipment, and repair instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment specs
- Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Hand tools, meters (amp/volt), multimeters, gauges, saws, drills, grinders, milling machines, and other industrial maintenance tools
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience using a CMMS preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented approach to work
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and proactively
