- Hood – kitchen hood cleaning, technical services, and repair
- Fire – fire protection & suppression systems
- Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting
- Clean rooftop exhaust fans and surrounding areas
- Install auxiliary items including access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems

- Ability to work overnight and varying shift times
- Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work high places – technicians will be inside exhaust systems and outside on the roof nightly in various weather conditions
- Previous experience in a physically demanding job is strongly preferred – this job is physically demanding and can be dirty at times
Position Requirements
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Be at least 20 years old
- Have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
