• Directly manage install technicians. This includes but is not limited to training employees; planning, assigning; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employee
• Quality checks on recent customer HVAC installations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner; resolve customer complaints
• Able to assist techs in bidding and estimating jobs
• Ensure work is performed ethically and in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements as well as in adherence with company safety standards
• Pursue training and development opportunities whenever needed to improve capabilities
• Run weekly training meetings to instruct on sales practices, new products, and KPI reviews
• Supervise Apprentices

• EPA Certified.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Journeyman's License

$20 - $35 an hour
