I opened my agency in 1996, and today I lead a dedicated team of six. Before becoming an agent, I earned my degree from Bowling Green State University and began my career as a State Farm claims representative. That experience taught me how meaningful it is to guide people through life’s unexpected moments, and my passion for helping others is still what drives me every day.

Community involvement is a huge part of what we do. I partner with local schools for Nordonia Safe Decisions Week, sponsoring events focused on safety education and teen driver awareness. Our team also supports organizations like the Emergency Assistance Center and Habitat for Humanity, because giving back is at the heart of our mission.

Here's what you'll be doing
  • Connect with customers on a personal level, establishing trust and rapport while understanding their unique needs.

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify opportunities to promote our products and services, making a positive impact on our business and the lives of our customers.
