Job DescriptionFamily Heritage, a Globe Life subsidiary, offers supplemental health policies that pay cash directly to the policy holder. The main policies cover Cancer, Heart Attack/Stroke, and Accidents. All policies offer a full return of premium (100% money back) if a claim is never filed. Our policies help individuals and families cover the indirect cost (mostly lost income) that their health insurance does not cover.
We are the fastest growing company within our industry, year over year. Only 7% of Americans carry this type of coverage, so the market is relatively untapped.
We market our policies to small to mid-size business owners, municipalities, school districts, and various other demographics. There are no defined territories. We work in local communities with flexibility to serve nationwide.
Our sales cycle is short (usually 30 minutes) and clients are qualified with a simple 2‑page application.
Income is performance based with 100% vested lifetime residual income. We offer monthly bonuses, Globe Life stock incentives, and fully paid company trips.
