Receptionist – Be the First Impression of iGo!Do you love connecting with people, bringing positive energy, and being the first friendly face customers see? We’re looking for a Receptionist who thrives on creating great experiences and keeping the flow of our office running smoothly.
This isn’t your typical front desk role—you’ll be the voice and smile of iGo
, making sure customers feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do- Greet Customers: Give every guest a warm welcome and make them feel at home.
- Answer & Direct Calls: Be the go-to for inbound calls and ensure customers are connected quickly.
- Outbound Calls: Follow up with customers as needed to provide excellent service.
- Cross-Trained Support: Learn the basics of collections, service, and sales so you can direct customers to the right department and lend a hand when needed.
- Office Administration: Assist with light admin duties such as filing, organizing, cleaning, and supporting daily office operations to keep things running smoothly.
