Overview

Dunham's Sports, one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937. We operate over 240 stores across 20 Midwest states from Maryland to Nebraska. We are seeking energetic, customer‑focused individuals with knowledge of sporting goods and merchandising skills to join our fast‑paced store environment.

• Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.
• Lead and train staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
• Drive sales through customer service and report analysis.

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and analytical ability.
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to motivate and train staff to deliver high‑level service.
• Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, footwear, exercise, general athletics).
• Availability to work any hours the store is open.

Salary: $39,000.00 – $46,000.00
