Leading the team to ensure an exceptional Guest experience, high quality product, maximize sales performance, and drive profitability while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

• Review store environment and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and adjust accordingly
• Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring the team to meet operational standards
• Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives and initiate community outreach through marketing and special events
• Use operational tools such as Business Review, Cash Management, Log Labor Matrix, and Inventory Management tools to achieve operational excellence
• Challenge the team to achieve results, manage performance, provide feedback, set goals, and utilize learning management system
• Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing tools and programs, finding new creative methods of recognition
• Handle differences between Guests and Team Members without escalating the situation and communicate unexpected situations calmly
• Ensure team adheres to legal and operational compliance requirements, including all food safety procedures
• Encourage a “Guest comes first” attitude, train and hold the team accountable for delivering an exceptional Guest Experience, and solicit Guest feedback to understand satisfaction
• Delegate and communicate appropriate responsibilities and practices to ensure smooth flow of operations, manage store’s staffing levels, and delegate daily checklist tasks to Team Members on shift
• Set priorities for the Team, rely on delegation, plan managerial activities, show up on time, complete required checklists and paperwork with no outstanding items by due dates

• 3 Years Guest Service experience in a restaurant or retail environment
• 1 Year Supervision
• 1 Year Experience analyzing financial reports (Labor & COG)

• Demonstrated experience building community relationships
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and written
• Ability to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to manage resources to ensure established service levels are maintained at all times
• Exception Interpersonal Skills, Knowledge of guest service techniques, Knowledge of supervisory practices, and Organization and planning skills
• Strong problem solving skills, Team building skills, Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
• Ability to plan and organize workload, handle confidential and sensitive information, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to tolerate exposure to a wide variety of fresh, dried, and/or frozen products, and powdered substances without posing a direct threat to personal health and safety
• Ability to follow procedures and comply with dress code requirements, keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations, operate a blender and POS cashier system, and move boxes and weigh up to 55 lbs throughout the store
