• Wage: $14.00 an hour

• Safely use all kitchen equipment and cleaning/sanitizing products in accordance with all SDS sheets and departmental standards.
• Understand and adhere to safe & sanitary work habits, including safe handling, usage, and storage of all chemicals used during duty performance.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machines.
• Clean, transport, and store all pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, and glassware used in the food and beverage operation.
• Unload delivery trucks as needed.
• Transport food waste, grease, oil, etc., in appropriate locations.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the room chef, sous chef, or F&B manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Internal candidates must meet requirements listed in the Transfer and Promotion Policy.
• Must obtain required work cards and non‑gaming registration as required by local jurisdiction.
