- Efficiently and accurately takes and delivers beverage orders in a timely and friendly manner.
- Handles cash and credit transactions associated with beverage sales, accurately and efficiently.
- Provides appropriate change to guests.
- Proactively seeks guest opportunities and anticipates guest’s needs to create “magical moments”.
- Interacts with guests in a friendly manner while taking drink orders, to include up‑selling.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.
- Must be able to obtain required work cards, alcohol awareness cards and non‑gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Obtain alcohol certification through STAR prior to first day of employment.
