• Active RN license in Kentucky or a valid compact state RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU, step‑down, or acute care nursing experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS or other certifications a plus
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered night shift environment

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to intermediate‑acuity patients in the PCU
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition, including telemetry monitoring when applicable
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to orders
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow‑up care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
