Registered Nurse – Inpatient Rehab

Location:

Bowling Green, KY

Shifts:

Day or Night Shift Available

Compensation:

Local RNs: $47/hour

Travel RNs (36 hrs/week): $1,966/week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. In this role, you will support patients recovering from chronic illness, debilitating injuries, or long-term medical conditions. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized recovery plans with the goal of helping patients achieve the highest level of independence possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting

Assist patients in achieving and maintaining optimal functional abilities

Develop and implement individualized recovery and care plans

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery goals, and long-term care needs

Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure cohesive, goal-oriented patient care

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
