Lead production operations in a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. This role supports daily staffing, production flow, and team performance while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Coordinate daily staffing and workflow
• Follow direction from the Production Supervisor
• Monitor production output, scrap, and downtime
• Verify job standards and report defects
• Assist with training and process audits
• Promote teamwork, communication, and safety

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year experience required; manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
• Repetitive typing/writing
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
