** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant material handling.
* Coordinate and supervise loading/unloading activities and equipment maintenance.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics to meet delivery schedules.
* Promote and enforce safety standards and environmental regulations.
* Train and support terminal staff to maintain high performance and operational excellence. Managing & Leading the Terminal workforce.
* Unloading gravity hopper railcars and & loading bulk tankers.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
* Strong understanding of terminal logistics, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
* Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
* Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
* Commitment to safety with continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
** Work Environment
** This role operates in an industrial terminal setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy equipment, and high-traffic areas. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
