Overview

Quality Technician - 3rd Shift

Starting Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Location: 18 Kobe Way Bowling Green, KY 42101

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Quality Inspections:
    Conduct tests, measurements, and evaluations to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Master Precision Tools:
    Use the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and other instruments to capture accurate data.
  • Analyze & Report:
    Record findings, document quality issues, and communicate results to management.
  • Support Production Teams:
    Train team members on quality processes and help maintain consistent standards.
  • Drive Improvement:
    Identify defects, spot trends, and recommend solutions to strengthen product quality.
  • Organize Sorting

    Activities:

    Coordinate internal sorting efforts to support production and delivery goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Strong reading, mathematical, computer, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior CMM training or certification.
  • Ability to identify defects and opportunities for improvement through data and trend analysis.
