Starting Pay: $19.00/hr base + $0.50/hr shift differential (when applicable)

What You’ll Do
  • Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on tools and dies.
  • Troubleshoot and repair tooling die issues as they arise.
  • Adjust and prep die to ensure proper alignment, fit, and performance.
  • Carry out routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Keep your work area organized, safe, and ready for the next task.
Day‑to‑Day Expectations
  • Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Complete simple documentation with accuracy.
  • Use problem‑solving skills to identify, diagnose, and correct issues.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and work instructions.
Special Safety Responsibilities
  • Wear proper PPE when handling hazardous materials.
  • Participate in required yearly training on chemical and waste handling.
  • Understand emergency procedures and the basics of spill control.
What You Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
