General Manager — Cheetah Clean Auto Wash (Bowling Green, KY | Near HQ Lead from the Front

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is a rapidly growing premium car wash platform headquartered in Bowling Green, KY, with expanding locations across Kentucky and Tennessee. Our Bowling Green site is our home base and flagship operation, and we are looking for a strong, disciplined General Manager who can run a high-performance operation, build A-player teams, and set the standard for the entire company.

This is not a “keep the lights on” role. This is a leadership, accountability, and results-driven position for someone who takes ownership of people, performance, and culture.

What You’ll Own
  • Full P&L responsibility for site performance
  • Labor management, scheduling, and productivity
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Membership growth and customer experience
  • Equipment uptime, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Execution of Cheetah operating systems and “Cheetah Habits”
  • Acting as a leadership example for other locations

  • Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced operations (car wash, QSR, retail, hospitality, logistics, or similar)
  • Strong people leader who holds high standards with respect
  • Data-driven and comfortable owning KPIs (labor %, throughput, memberships)
  • Calm under pressure and decisive when things get busy
  • Comfortable with early mornings, weekends, and peak periods

Requirements Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in fast-paced operations
    (car wash, QSR, retail, hospitality, logistics, or similar)
  • Proven track record of:
    • Hiring and developing teams
    • Managing labor and schedules
    • Driving customer satisfaction and sales
  • Experience with P&L responsibility strongly preferred
Leadership & People Management
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams
    • Hold employees accountable to clear standards
    • Coach performance and address issues directly and professionally
  • Comfortable managing managers and shift leaders
  • Willing to make tough decisions when standards are not met
Business & Operational Skills
  • Ability to manage and improve:
    • Labor percentage
    • Throughput and productivity
    • Membership sales and retention
    • Safety and equipment uptime
  • Comfortable using reports, dashboards, and basic financial metrics
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
Availability & Work Ethic
  • Willing to work:
    • Early mornings
    • Can work a minimum of one close shift per week
    • Weekends
    • Peak seasons and high-volume days
  • Able to be on-site and lead from the front during busy periods
  • Physically able to work in an outdoor, fast-paced environment when needed

  • Multi-unit or assistant multi-unit management experience
  • Car wash industry experience
  • Experience launching new teams or turning around underperforming sites
  • Experience with membership or subscription-based retail models
