Job Title: Janitorial Worker

Location: WESTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY -

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours, and some weekends/holidays. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Range: $14 per hour

University students with restrictions on number of hours they can work, including international students, should apply for open student worker positions at the school they attend.

As a Janitorial Worker at Sodexo, you are an appearance care ambassador and hygiene hero. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service with a customer service smile to create a safe and healthy environment. Your passion for cleaning has a positive impact for those around you.

• Provide housekeeping services in various locations on client premises, including offices, patients’/residents’ rooms, dorms, classrooms, schools, common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas and any other areas that may require attention.
• Complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas of the site are clean and orderly.
• May drive a golf cart or other vehicles.
• Attend work and arrive on time for scheduled shifts with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business needs and client requirements.

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to maintaining a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• No previous work experience required.
