Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer & Administrator to support multiple FedRAMP Service Now instances in a fast-paced Agile environment.
The ideal candidate will administer, configure, maintain, and enhance the Service Now platform while providing production support and collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, and product owners.
Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Development- Configure and develop solutions on the Service Now platform.
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain Service Now environments.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring.
- Support both production and non-production instances.
- Perform routine configuration updates and enhancements.
- Provide daily administration and issue resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical and performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with Production Support and Service Now Operations teams.
- Document administrative processes and resolution procedures.
- Coordinate Service Now upgrades and patching.
- Ensure instances are up to date with latest patches and configuration standards.
- Assist in report, dashboard configuration, and operational maintenance tasks.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior administrators/developers.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of Service Now Platform Administration experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with:
- Change Management
- Knowledge Management
- Service Catalog
- ITOM / CMDB
- Strong troubleshooting and performance diagnostics skills.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – SPM and/or APM.
- Experience in Service Now Development, Administration, and Integration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in regulated/FedRAMP environments.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Team collaboration and mentoring abilities.
