The Technical Delivery Coordinator (Drupal CMS Content Administration Expert) is responsible for ensuring that marketing web initiatives are development-ready prior to entering the implementation pipeline. This role partners closely with Web Development, QA, Design, and Business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and aligned with platform standards. This role requires hands-on, expert-level experience administering Drupal CMS, with a strong emphasis on Paragraphs and structured content types.
The successful candidate will apply deep Drupal knowledge to guide content architecture, authoring standards, and component usage in alignment with the design system and development constraints. A critical function of this role is to learn and understand technical implementation details from the development team and translate them into clear, business-friendly documentation, guidance, and requirements, enabling efficient intake and reducing rework during delivery.
This role does not manage delivery timelines or act as a project manager, but plays a critical role in content readiness, intake quality, and cross-team alignment.
- Direct, hands-on experience administering Drupal CMS(required)
- Expert-level experience working with Drupal Paragraphs (required)
- Proven experience working across multiple Drupal content types in a production environment
- Strong understanding of content modeling, reusable components, and structured authoring practices
- Ability to learn detailed technical implementation requirements from developers and translate them into clear, business-facing guidance
- Experience validating requirements and ensuring work is development-ready prior to intake
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Jira or similar tools to support intake and backlog clarity
- Experience working with a design system or pattern library integrated with Drupal
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS sufficient to understand component structure and constraints
- Experience partnering with QA to support acceptance criteria and validation
- Exposure to SDLC, JAD, or structured intake processes
- Previous SAP experience

Compensation Range Transparency
: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 104, USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.
