- Flexibility to work in US and India hours as needed
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience managing projects with both onshore and offshore teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, and team building
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a big-picture perspective
