Senior Technical Account Manager

• Own post-sale technical relationships, guiding customers from onboarding through adoption and renewal
• Lead technical implementation, including integrations, configuration, and security reviews
• Act as the technical advisor for assigned accounts, ensuring customers are set up for long-term success
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to proactively identify risks and drive expansion opportunities
• Create and maintain resources that scale customer impact, such as playbooks and knowledge bases

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or security-focused B2B environment
• Proven ability to lead technical onboarding and implementation conversations
• Strong communication, storytelling, and demo skills to translate technical concepts into business value
• Strong understanding of modern security frameworks and identity protocols (e.g., SSO, SCIM, SAML, OAuth)
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating cross-functionally

• Familiarity with AI technologies and advising customers on evolving product roadmaps
• Experience mentoring peers and shaping enablement processes
