As an IT Infrastructure Site Support Analyst, you are expected to be an advanced professional in business analytics and business processes, responsible for maintaining and supporting the end users and workstation environment at the Bowling Green facility. The role provides installation, maintenance, and general support of hardware and software and supports end users withאת advanced questions or problems by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.

The IT analyst will help support a variety of IT processes and manufacturing applications, that are critical to day-to-day business operations.

• Project Management experience is required
• Managing incidents and requests in coordination with global IT service desk, utilizing ITIL foundational principles
• Responsible for direct interaction with internal customers, including, but not limited to, investigating comprehensive:^{ '---'}
• This role requires you to drive results and proactively identify and resolve problems
• Create and communicate decisions impacting the wider business, effectively managing customer expectations
• Provide monthly management reporting on the status of all projects
• Stays abreast of new Digital and IT technological innovation/processes and researches the usage at Parker
• Prepare budgets for various IT capital and expense initiatives
• Manage endpoint lifecycle of on-site assets
• Manage maintenance contracts and providers of outsourced services, deploy equipment, and recommend, plan, and oversee periodic equipment refresh
• Develops training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions
• Evaluate unplanned requests and determine appropriate priority and action
• Coordinates with company leadership to determine new technologies and enhancements for the company’s systems
• Follow established safety and environmental policies, procedures, and methods applicable to the work area
• Provide after-hour technical support as needed
• Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed
• Perform other duties as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree

• Must be self‑motivated and a self‑starter
• At least 2 years of experience in an information technology role or related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in a support or service role, actively interacting with customers on a regular basis
• At least 2 years of experience with maintenance and repair of computer hardware
• Microsoft Active Directory applications
• Business software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
• IT Service Management ticketing tool such as Service Now, preferred
• Manufacturing environment, preferred

• ITIL Foundation, strongly preferred
• Microsoft Certified Professional, preferred
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, preferred
• CompTIA A+, preferred

• Project management skills, standards, methods, and techniques, required
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency in English language, including speaking, reading, and writing
• Ability to apply innovative thinking toward problem resolution
• Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time management
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently, collaboratively, and in a team environment

• Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting or standing
• Ability to use hands and fingers for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 pounds
