You’ll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. After a busy day, guests can rest easy knowing we take care of the rest. As an essential team member, you will work with friendly, customer-focused teammates completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and making bathrooms shine.

• No previous cleaning experience required
• Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school

• Positive attitude and a willingness to shine in Drury Hotels
• Positive attitude and qualifications for housekeeping roles
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
• Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

• Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms per standards
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
• May assist in laundry and public areas as needed
• Provide an exceptional guest experience with friendly, courteous service (Service +1)
• Maintain a positive work environment for all team members
• Drury Hotels are open 7 days a week; weekends are busiest;
  Saturday and Sunday work may be required
• Working weekends may be required for this position

Physical and mental requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of shift
• Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
• Ability to lift 25–35 pounds intermittently during the shift
