Overview
Seeking motivated clinicians to join a community re-entry program for adult survivors of brain injury. The program offers services in residential and outpatient settings, including customized day treatment, counseling, behavioral, physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
Responsibilities- Provide therapy in the community, clients’ homes, and treatment center.
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure skill carryover and maximize client independence.
- Licensed in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
- CPR certification.
- Creative and dedicated approach to therapy in community and clinical settings.
- Contract (1099) role with full-time hours; flexible schedule.
- Pay between $45-$60/hour.
- Must be able to relocate to Frankfort, KY before starting.
