Description:

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience in an acute care setting, including both inpatient and outpatient care.
A valid Kentucky license is required.
BLS certification is also required.
Candidates should have a flexible schedule for 8 or 9 hour days.
Resource must reside within 100 miles from the facility to be considered.
Candidates should ensure that they are submitted to only one job at a time.
A driver’s license is necessary for submission.
