• Provide high-quality therapy to individuals, families, couples, and/or groups
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Support clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, grief, and life adjustments
• Deliver care in outpatient settings, via telehealth, or in community-based settings (including homes or assisted living facilities, where applicable)
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and internal teams to provide coordinated, holistic support
• Maintain accurate documentation in our secure, user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in ongoing training and apply evidence-based practices

• Positions available in Bowling Green, Glasgow, Edmonton, and Tompkinsville
  , Kentucky
• In-office, telehealth, and community-based opportunities available
• Flexible schedules and full-time availability

• Active Kentucky licensure:
  LPCA/LPCC, CSW/LCSW, LMFT, MFT, LPA, or LPP
• Passion for providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care
• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in both field and clinic settings
• Experience with specific populations (children, families, adults, or older adults) is a plus
