Part‑Time Medical Director — OBOT Clinic

Location: Bowling Green, KY

Apple Gate Recovery, a division of Bay Mark Health Services, offers evidence‑based medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder in a patient‑centered environment. We seek a qualified physician to lead our OBOT clinic as a part‑time Medical Director.

• Admit and manage patients receiving buprenorphine treatment.
• Perform history and physical examinations.
• Continuously monitor patient dosages in collaboration with the Treatment Center Director and counselors.
• Consult on high‑risk patients and conduct annual medication reviews.
• Supervise nurse practitioners and complete monthly chart reviews.
• Other related duties as determined by the supervisor.

• Board certified or eligible in any specialty.
• Licensed to practice in Kentucky.
• Minimum six months of primary‑care experience.
• Knowledge or training in drug rehabilitation preferred.
• Compassionate interaction with a diverse patient population.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
