THE PERKS OF JOINING US
This is a full-time position with a generally consistent schedule Monday through Friday. Typical work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, hours may vary based on patient volume and time of year. Most Fridays do not require the full team to be in the office, though some staff may still be scheduled. During the summer months, the workday typically ends at 4:30 p.m., and on occasion, the workday may begin as early as 7:30 a.m. While this is a full-time role, the schedule is not strictly limited to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $20 – $22 based on your experience, plus a benefits package that includes:

You will provide essential chairside clinical support during procedures, placing and removing appliances, assisting with adjustments, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and confident in your care. You will take the lead in patient education, explaining procedures, appliance care, and post-visit instructions in a way that s easy to understand. You will keep accurate clinical notes and communicate effectively with the orthodontist and your teammates to ensure seamless patient care.

- Coronal polishing certification
- Certified Orthodontic Assistant credential
- Comfort with technology and computer systems
- A genuine passion for working with people
- Experience providing direct patient care in a dental or orthodontic setting is a plus
