We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist who will ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the ordering process for our offline customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is ready to develop relationships with our customers and our sales representatives. This person will be passionate and dedicated to delivering an unreasonable customer experience and ensuring their orders are completed on time and correct. Areas Of Impact Customer Experience
  • Provide excellent customer service by supporting offline customer orders in collaboration with the Blue Cotton sales team.
  • Manage offline customer stores and order entry.
  • Serve as a bright spot in the order process by providing unreasonable customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional, teams to meet customer expectations and timelines for artwork proofs and approvals.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure communication in the order process is clear and fluid. Coordinate with art & production on creating samples when needed.
  • Manage order status and communicate updates with sales representatives and clients as necessary.
  • Respond to order changes quickly, collaborating with the salesperson to propose viable alternatives to keep the order on schedule.
  • Support sales in addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist customers with pick-up orders.
  • Cross-train to support the website customer service team and serve as 3rd in line for inbound calls and emails.
Industry Knowledge
  • Familiarize yourself with product offerings, suppliers, and shipping times.

The Experience You’ll Bring
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working alongside and supporting sales representatives
  • Experience building relationships with customers
  • Experience with CRM and order management systems is a plus!
  • Knowledge of the apparel industry is a plus!
