As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jill Gaba - State Farm Agent, you will be vital to daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve customers lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services and advance your career while serving the community.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required.
