What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee construction projects from start to finish - ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will:
  • Lead overall project delivery, including cost, schedule, coordination, and contract execution
  • Manage project schedules, scopes, buyouts, and construction documents
  • Coordinate subcontractor bids and evaluate pricing
  • Develop, update, and track project schedules
  • Maintain daily communication with field staff, subcontractors, owners, and design teams
  • Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, Etc.
  • Assist with estimating and project takeoffs
  • Track job costs and monitor budgets
  • Prepare and review owner billing and project financials
  • Lead and participate in OAC, progress, and pre-bid meetings
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, design clarifications, and change orders
  • Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support project closeout, AHJ reviews, and final documentation
Position Requirements

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone with a strong blend of leadership, communication, and technical construction knowledge. The ideal candidate has:
  • A bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field or 2-4+ years of relevant experience (high school diploma/GED required)
  • Experience managing construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
  • The ability to read and understand contracts, drawings, specifications, and financial documents
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to keep projects on track
  • Experience preparing detailed billing and documentation
  • Familiarity with project management software (experience with Viewpoint a plus)
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
  • Certifications such as OSHA-10, LEED AP, CMIT, or CCM preferred (or willingness to obtain)
