This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quarry Safety Specialist located in the Bowling Green Metropolitan Area. The Quarry Safety Specialist will be responsible for working with our team to promote culture driven safety protocols, conducting regular health and safety training for employees, and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations. The role includes responsibilities such as conducting site inspections, performing accident investigations, and identifying areas for risk reduction to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and operations within the quarry.

• Knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health
• Proficiency in regulations related to MSHA & OSHA
• Experience in Safety Training, including developing and delivering safety programs
• Strong skills in Accident Investigation and risk assessment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Certifications in safety management or occupational health and safety are preferred
• Relevant experience in the construction or quarrying industry is advantageous
