Job Description

The Service Sales Representative - First Aid and Safety is a dynamic role focused on building strong customer relationships, providing top‑notch service, and promoting safety products to ensure customer compliance with OSHA standards. This position combines sales, customer service, and safety equipment servicing to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend additional products to enhance safety and OSHA compliance.
  • Promote and up‑sell safety and first aid products to increase customer value.
  • Replace used or outdated products for customers.
  • Service and maintain safety equipment requiring periodic checks or maintenance, ensuring it is operational and compliant.
OSHA Compliance Support
  • Provide expertise and guidance on products to help customers meet OSHA safety standards.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and standards to support customer compliance effectively.
Route and Account Management
  • Maintain regular service schedules for customers.
  • Ensure timely delivery and stocking of products during customer visits.
Administrative Tasks
  • Accurately document customer interactions, product updates, and service details.
  • Manage inventory of products and ensure they are well‑stocked and ready for distribution.

Requirements Education
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience

    • Experience in promoting and selling products or services in a customer‑facing role.
