This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Bowie, MD. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, including meeting sales objectives, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Responsibilities also include inventory control, implementation of retail loss prevention strategies, and fostering a positive and collaborative in-store environment.

• Strong Store Management experience, with a focus on leading and motivating teams
• Proven skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering superior Customer Service
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for team management and customer interactions
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention and inventory management strategies
• Proficiency with sales analysis, reporting, and performance metrics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• Previous experience in retail management is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or management is a plus
