GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T2007) role at Target.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.50 USD per hour. Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests with their needs in a friendly manner.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking and packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while complying with safety policies and relevant laws.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas; operate power equipment if certified.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about total store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; maintain a safe work environment and report hazards.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and team members and thrive in a fast-paced, active environment.
• You are flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and colleagues; good communication and ability to use handheld scanners and tech as directed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly and accurately; attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Capable of handling cash register operations and physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 44 pounds) and working in varied temperatures and conditions as required by job duties.
