The Service Manager manages and leads field managers and the team of service technicians who complete routes and services for our regular customers. The Service Manager hires and trains technicians to provide best‑in‑class service to our valued customer base. This position is onsite and reports to louder Bowie, MD branch.

• Interview, hire, and train service technicians on both technical skills and customer service, ensuring they understand sales assist leads and can identify new service opportunities for the sales team.
• Perform field training, manage customer account audits, resolve inquiries or complaints, and review online service feedback, providing coaching to technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with the field manager, technicians, and sales professionals to optimize business operations, manage service routes (including special scheduling), and maintain inventory and GPS systems.
• Run service routes as needed, conduct daily service ticket audits, assist with incident reporting, adhere to the expense budget, and participate in weekly key manager meetings.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver disposit land; driving a company vehicle is an essential function. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
• Earn and maintain stateriers training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

• Weekly Pay — get paid every Friday.
• Hourly base pay range of $65,000 annually Sabrina additional compensation opportunities.

USD $50,000.00 – USD $65,000.00 per year.

• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces such as basements, attics, and other confined areas.
• Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds with occasional heavier lifting.
• Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks Electronics manage repetitive motions.
• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
